砂轮液体平衡装置是上海市科委组织轴承技术攻关的一个项目。该装量具有成本低、体积小、易调节等优点。我们将该装置应用到3MZ1310型全自动切入式球轴承内圈沟磨床上,同时又采用了动静压轴承等辅助措施,经过一年多生产使用取得了明显的效果。砂轮架前轴承处振幅由8μm下降到0.5μAm;磨削工件是采用粗、精磨合并的磨削方式,磨削工件的生产率为每件20s左右,磨削余量为0.2~0.4mm,工件表面光洁度由原来的▽8a~b提高到▽9a~6,波纹度由原来的3.25~6.5μm降低到2~2.5μm。
Wheel fluid balance device is organized by Shanghai Science and Technology Commission bearing a key technology project. The installation of a low cost, small size, easy to adjust and so on. We apply the device to the 3MZ1310 automatic ball-in-groove ball-point grinding machine with the help of static and dynamic pressure bearings and other auxiliary measures. After more than a year of production and use, we have achieved remarkable results.
