本文研究了GH220合金在固溶处理后的冷却(以不同冷速)过程中,晶界和品内组织的变化以及这种变化对合金性能的影响。试验证明:“缓冷”热处理、“等温”热处理和“缓冷加回溶”热处理方案均可获得弯曲晶界;弯曲晶界和适当的晶内组织相匹配可同时明显地提高持久强度和塑性,得到较好的综合性能。本文提出并推荐两种优于“标准”热处理制度的热处理方案。
In this paper, the variation of grain boundary and microstructure of GH220 alloy during cooling (at different cooling rates) after solution treatment and the effect of this change on the properties of the alloy were studied. The experimental results show that the bending grain boundaries can be obtained by both “slow cooling” heat treatment, “isothermal” heat treatment and “slow cooling plus backwashing” heat treatment. The bending grain boundaries and proper intragranular phase matching can obviously improve the long-term strength and ductility , Get better overall performance. This paper proposes and recommends two heat treatment solutions that are superior to the “standard” heat treatment regime.
