对于地质勘探部门来说,施工钻孔灌注桩的关键是水下混凝土的配比及其灌注工艺。我队自1985年以来,利用改制的北京-800型转盘钻机,先后共承担灌注桩及基础处理工程30余项,桩径为400—1400mm,桩数1800多根,累计进尺3.1万多米,最大桩深43m(φ1000mm),工程总价款近600万元,质量全部满足设计要求,90%以上达到优质工程水平,并积累了一些钻孔灌注桩施工的经验。本文着重分析基桩施工中水下混凝土的配比及其灌注工艺,供有关单位参考。
For geological exploration departments, the key to construction of cast-in-place bored piles is the proportion of underwater concrete and its infusion process. Since 1985, our team has used the restructured Beijing-800 Rotary Drilling Rig and has successively undertaken more than 30 items of cast-in-place piles and foundation treatment works, with 400-1400mm pile diameters, more than 1800 piles, and over 31,000 meters of cumulative footage. The maximum pile depth is 43m (φ1000mm). The total project price is nearly 6 million yuan. The quality meets the design requirements. More than 90% of the project reaches a high-quality project level and has accumulated some experience in the construction of bored piles. This article focuses on the analysis of underwater concrete mix ratio and its infusion process in the construction of foundation piles for reference by relevant units.
