本文首先就小学生班主任教师与学生和谐关系的内涵进行了简要阐述,接着分析了构建班主任教师与小学生和谐关系的意义,最后提出了小学班主任与学生和谐关系构建的主要策略。
This paper first briefly describes the connotation of the relationship between primary school teachers and students and then analyzes the significance of building harmonious relations between class teachers and primary school students. Finally, it puts forward the main strategies for establishing the harmonious relationship between primary school teachers and students.
