组织培养具有繁殖速度快、节省工地、能去病毒等优点,但是成本高是主要的缺点。在我国经济水平比较低的情况下,如何做到成本低,效率高,是关系到此项新技术能否普及推广应用的大问题。通过几年来的试验及国内外技术交流和考察,我们提出以下几点意见,呈献给组织培养的探索者,作为本讲座的结束语。一、自然光照培养:常规的组织培养,培养材料都在日光灯下,需用大量灯管,室内要进行控温。由于灯管和变压器散热量很大,每年需半年以上用空调机降温,一个15米~2的房内需2台窗式空调连续工作,
Tissue culture has the advantages of rapid propagation, site-saving, to the virus, but the high cost is the main disadvantage. Under the condition of relatively low economic level in our country, how to achieve low cost and high efficiency is a major issue that relates to the popularization and application of this new technology. After several years of experiments and technical exchanges and visits both at home and abroad, we put forward the following opinions and present them to the explorers who are trained in the organization as the concluding remarks of this lecture. First, the natural light training: conventional tissue culture, culture materials are in fluorescent light, the need to use a large number of lamps, indoor temperature control. As the lamp and transformer heat a lot of annual air conditioner to be more than six months with a cooling, a 15 m ~ 2 room to be two windows air conditioners to work continuously,
