1984年1月～1989年1月,我院内镜诊断消化道息肉107例,共159颗,其中上消化道53例,下消化道54例,分别占同期受检者的2.13％和19.7％。103例进行了内镜治疗,4例手术治疗。现报告如下。临床资料一般资料男77例,女30例。年龄19～70岁,平均42.4岁,以40～50年龄组多见,占29％。临床主要表现有:上腹部胀、不适21例,疼痛11例,纳差9例,吞咽阻挡感和幽门梗阻症各1例。左下腹隐痛9例,下腹作坠感6例,粘液血便19例,血便
From January 1984 to January 1989, 107 cases of digestive tract polyps were diagnosed by endoscopy in our hospital, with a total of 159, including 53 cases of upper gastrointestinal tract and 54 cases of lower digestive tract, which accounted for 2.13% and 19.7% of the subjects in the same period. . 103 patients underwent endoscopic treatment and 4 underwent surgical treatment. The main clinical manifestations are: upper abdominal distention, discomfort in 21 cases, pain in 11 cases, anorexia in 9 cases, swallowing blockage and pyloric obstruction in 1 case each. There were 9 cases of pain in the left lower abdomen, 6 cases of falling sensation in the lower abdomen, 19 cases of bloody mucus, and bloody stools.
