医院进行合理的岗位设置,有利于将传统的人事制度进行改良,而要做到这一点,开展思想政治工作必不可少,目前我国各大医院都进行分级聘用制度改革,以取代计划经济时代传统的医院管理体制。但是由于思想政治工作不到位,很多管理人员的思想意识落后,对自身缺乏认同感,也不具备应有的责任感和使命感,严重阻碍医院岗位的设置和分级聘用制度的改革。因此,在这种情况下,医院要加大对思想政治工作的投入力度,提升各职工的思想意识来协调各种人际关系,促进医院和谐发展。基于此,针对分级聘用制度改革过程中思想政治工作方面存在的问题,提出适当的改进措施,给医院开展思想政治工作提供一些参考和借鉴。
