在创伤性损伤或疾病过程中,常发生血管痉挛,有时会引致组织坏死的严重后果。特别是在移植和微血管外科中,血管痉挛会影响吻合口的血流量,并导致血栓形成。临床上曾寻求多种方法来预防和制止血管痉挛。如近端交感神经阻滞术,虽可获得一时缓解,但需重复应用,患者常不能耐受。
Vasospasm often occurs during traumatic injury or disease, sometimes causing serious consequences of tissue necrosis. Especially in transplant and microvascular surgery, vasospasm affects the anastomotic blood flow and leads to thrombosis. Clinically, there are many ways to prevent and stop vasospasm. Such as the proximal sympathectomy, although can get temporary relief, but need to be repeated, the patient often can not tolerate.
