建构主义学习观指导我们,运用案例组织教学也要强调学生在学习中的中心地位,注重发挥案例在学生体验情境、主动体验求知并将体验求知的学习成果交流协作中的媒介作用,从而实现案例在学生建构意义过程中的价值。本文试从建构主义为视角,以教师提供案例、创设情境;学生拓展案例、构建知识;同学交流案、实现认知的教学模式,使案例在法律课教学中的价值得到进一步的发挥。
