本文报道用90％酚、乙醇沉淀法提取黄疸出血群赖型017株“TM抗原”。用双向琼脂扩散法及补体结合试验探讨其型特异性,对其理化性质作了红外光谱分析及电镜观察。
This paper reports 90% phenol, ethanol precipitation extraction jaundice hemorrhagic group Lai type 017 “TM antigen.” Two-dimensional agar diffusion and complement fixation test to explore its type specificity, its physical and chemical properties were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy and electron microscopy.
