江湖作为一种民间社会存在方式,有着悠久的历史。20世纪70年代后期,经由金庸武侠小说的演绎,江湖文化更是兴起为一种时尚。在今日商业组织中,江湖文化在维系情感的同时贯穿着利益,因此也投射到中国企业的组织文化之中。如“风清扬”马云的阿里巴巴团队,更是把查大侠的江湖文化转换为企业文化的一部分,阿里内部人人有花名,譬如“东邪、西毒、南帝、北丐”等也不乏人敢称敢诩。这种投射,与现代组织管理中的理性矛盾地共存,演化出诸多管理特色来。
