为改变设备管理局限于由少数管理和维修人员负责的局面,我厂从1987年起贯彻群众参与设备管理的方针,具体做法是: 1.通过培训提高职工的设备管理意识,掌握基本的管理知识。全厂受训率已达76.9%。 2.重点设备建立机长制,班组设置设备管理员。机长有权依据组员对设备的维护情况进行奖罚。 3.落实点检制。要求操作工人按点检卡规定的项目实行检查维护并记录在卡。
