目的改进医院污水总氯(HJ 586-2010)的测定方法。方法采集医院污水,在国标的基础上,遇偏酸、碱性试样时,用1mol/L硫酸或1mol/L氢氧化钠先调试样pH值至6.2~6.5,后加15mL缓冲液,再显色。用平行样、加标样验证改进效果。结果测得医院污水A、B、C、D样pH值分别为11.30、7.26、4.65、5.15。用缓冲液调pH值,A、B、C、D样用量分别为115、95、105、95mL。用硫酸调碱性试样,A、B样用量1.05、0.10mL;用氢氧化钠调酸性试样,C、D样用量1.25、0.25mL。总氯的加标回收率94%~104%,相对标准偏差1.42%~2.73%。结论用硫酸或氢氧化钠调试样pH值,反应体积增加少,速度快。改进后的方法准确性和精密度都符合实验要求。
Objective To improve the method of determination of total chlorine (HJ 586-2010) in hospital sewage. Methods The hospital sewage was collected. On the basis of the national standard, when the sample was over-acidic and alkaline, the pH value of the sample was adjusted to 6.2-6.5 with 1 mol / L sulfuric acid or 1 mol / L sodium hydroxide before adding 15 mL of buffer Color. With parallel samples, plus standard samples to verify the improved results. Results The measured hospital sewage A, B, C, D-like pH values were 11.30,7.26,4.65,5.15. The spiked recoveries of total chlorine ranged from 94% to 104% with relative standard deviations of 1.42% ~ 2.73%. Conclusion With sulfuric acid or sodium hydroxide sample-like pH, the reaction volume increased less, faster. The improved method accuracy and precision are in line with the experimental requirements.
