第一部分:单级和两级废气涡轮增压发动机测量和计算的比较由于增压度的提高和实验费用的增加,人们愈来愈对用数字预测发动机与增压器之间的匹配产生兴趣。英国巴斯大学机械制造系的这篇文章,首先对已经发表的各种计算方法进行了比较。由此可以看出:这里采用的物理积分计算方法同简化的气缸循环描述和改善的增压器特性描述一起,能够得出一个完整的增压发动机模型并在数字计算机上实现简易模拟。本文第一部分主要内容是:通过计算结果与试验结果的比较,给出高速发动机的数字模拟值;在第二部分中,计算扩大到大功率发动机和特殊的增压方式。
PART I: MEASUREMENTS AND CALCULATIONS FOR SINGLE-LEVEL AND TWO-TURBINE EXTRACTION TURBOCHARGERS Engineers are increasingly interested in numerically predicting the match between the engine and the turbocharger because of the increased degree of pressurization and the increase in experimental costs. This article from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Bath, UK, first compares the various calculations that have been published. From this it can be seen that the physical integration method used here, along with a simplified cylinder cycle description and improved supercharger characterization, leads to a complete supercharged engine model and simple simulations on a digital computer. The main contents of the first part of this paper are: Compute the numerical simulation results of the high-speed engine by comparing the calculation results with the test results; in the second part, calculate the expansion to the high-power engine and the special supercharging method.
