本文叙述了用单辊法制造的(Fe、Ni)-(P、B)和(Fe、Co)-(Si、B)系的几种非晶态软磁合金带.尺寸为30~50μm厚,宽30mm.经x光、电子衍射及透射电镜检验,证明了非晶态结构.通过对合金成份的优选和磁场热处理制度的实验研究,得到了Fe Co_(31.8)Si_(8.4)B_(2.5)(wt%)非晶态合金带,经370℃、20Oe、保温30分钟的真空热处理之后,磁性能为B_s=8500G,H_o=0.03O_e,μ_m=21000;Fe_(44)Ni_(46)P_8B_2(wt%)非晶态合金带经310℃,20Oe,保温30分钟的真空热处理之后,磁性能为B_s=8500G,
