我国单层工业厂房T形板建筑体系,当跨度大于15米时,截面配筋采用单根高强钢丝及冷拔低碳钢绞线作张拉主筋已不能满足设计要求。因此,在南宁市某厂的化染车间(图1)18米跨屋面单T板构件中采用了高强钢丝钢绞线作预应力主筋,降低了钢材用量34%,节省大量木材,既降低工程造价,又可向大跨度构件发展,是冶金、轻工单层工业厂房采用大跨度T形板建筑体系的新途
In China’s single-layer industrial plant T-shaped building system, when the span is greater than 15 meters, the use of single high-strength steel wire and cold-drawing low-carbon steel strand for tension reinforcement of the cross section can no longer meet the design requirements. Therefore, a high-strength steel wire strand was used as a prestressed main bar in a 18-meter span T-plate component in a dyeing plant of a factory in Nanning (Figure 1), reducing the amount of steel used by 34%, saving a lot of wood, and reducing the number of projects. The cost can also be extended to large-span components. It is a new way for the use of large-span T-shaped building systems in single-layer industrial plants of metallurgy and light industry.
