对于淡水,到台湾之前,我就久闻其名了。淡水原名沪尾,是台湾岛最古老的乡镇和港口之一。明末清初,大陆沿海渔民到台湾海峡捕鱼时,经常到这一带修船补网,补充淡水,因而得名淡水,并一度成为台湾北部的统称。一个淡水镇,半部台湾史。淡水背靠大屯山,面向太平洋。早期的红砖厝多依山坡而建,窄窄的小径引领人们寻幽访古,进入老街巷弄深处。老街很窄,各色工艺品店、古玩店、杂货店、茶店,商行林立,其中不乏百年老铺。老街浓
For fresh water, before I arrived in Taiwan, I heard a lot of names. Freshwater, formerly known as Shanghai-tailed, is one of the oldest towns and ports on the island of Taiwan. At the end of the Ming and the beginning of the Qing Dynasty, coastal fishermen from the mainland often came to Taiwan for fishing.
