当前,网络购物已然成为我国消费者最便捷的购物方式,越来越多的人也逐渐适应和喜爱这种新的购物模式,并把网络购物当作现代生活消费的主要方式。然而,在人们享受足不出户就能买到全国各地甚至世界各地的商品的同时,也给传统的消费者权益保护模式带来全新的挑战。网络纠纷事件不断发生,严重扰乱了网络市场的发展和消费者权益的保护。消费者的知情权、自主选择权、个人信息收保护权等受到侵犯,在购物的格式合同中,网购消费者占弱势地位。
At present, online shopping has become the most convenient way for consumers to shop in China. More and more people are gradually adapting to and fond of this new shopping mode, and regard online shopping as the main mode of consumption in modern life. However, while people enjoy being able to buy goods from all over the country or even around the world without leaving home, they also pose entirely new challenges to the traditional mode of consumer rights protection. Network disputes continue to occur, seriously disrupted the development of the Internet market and the protection of consumer rights. Consumers’ right to know, their right to choose their own choice, and the right to receive and protect personal information were infringed. In the format of shopping contracts, consumers of online shopping accounted for the disadvantaged position.
