采用电弧喷涂技术,在Q235基体表面采用喷涂法制备了Fe Cr BAl Ni系涂层。研究了涂层的微观形貌,采用XRD技术对涂层的相结构进行分析。结果表明:涂层均呈典型的层状结构,但涂层的氧化物含量和孔隙率均有所不同。Fe_(55.47)B_(28.96_Cr_(9.84)Al_(3.82)Ni_(1.91)、Fe_(58.33)B_(24.72)Cr_(10.11)Al_(4.54)Ni_(2.3)和Fe_(72.67)B_(6.2)Cr_(16.45)Al_(2.61)Ni_(2.07)均存在一定量的非晶相,而且含非晶相的涂层有较高的硬度和较强的耐冲蚀磨损性。
The arc spraying technique was used to fabricate Fe Cr BAl Ni coating on the surface of Q235 substrate by spray coating. The microstructure of the coating was studied. The phase structure of the coating was analyzed by XRD. The results show that all the coatings have a typical layered structure, but the oxide content and porosity of the coatings are different. Fe_ (55.47) B_ (28.96_Cr_ (9.84) Al_ (3.82) Ni_ (1.91) Fe_ (58.33) B_ (24.72) Cr_ (10.11) Al_ (4.54) Ni_ (2.3) and Fe_ (72.67) B_ (6.2) Cr_ (16.45) Al_ (2.61) Ni_ (2.07) all contain a certain amount of amorphous phase, and the coating with amorphous phase has higher hardness and stronger erosion resistance.
