为了探讨γ-GT同功酶能否做为监测和评价肝癌手术预后的指标,作者于1984年9月至1985年8月对手术肝癌病人做了术前、术后γ-GT同功酶监测研究.对象为本院外科48例手术治疗病人,其中原发性肝癌14例,肝外恶性肿瘤10例,肝胆外科疾病14例,胃肠道良性病变10例.γ-GT同功酶测定的方法是参照Sauwabu方法加以改良.结果:一、术前γ-GT同功酶测定的原发性肝癌14例均为阳性,对照组34例为阴性.二、术后两周对照组34例γ-GT同功酶测定仍为阴性,原发性肝癌组和术前一样.三、术后两个月7例原发性肝癌做肝叶切除者,有4例γ-GT同功酶测定转为阴性,B超无占位性病变,AFP<50ng/ml;3例和术前一样.7例肝动脉插管化疗者,γ-GT同功酶、AFP测定和术前术后两周一样.B超扫
To investigate whether γ-GT isoenzyme can be used as an indicator to monitor and evaluate the prognosis of liver cancer surgery, the authors performed preoperative and postoperative γ-GT isoenzyme monitoring in patients with surgical liver cancer between September 1984 and August 1985. The study was performed on 48 surgically treated patients in this hospital, including 14 primary liver cancers, 10 extrahepatic malignancies, 14 hepatobiliary surgical diseases, and 10 gastrointestinal benign lesions. Determination of γ-GT isozymes The method was modified with reference to the Sauwabu method. Results: 1. Preoperative gamma-GT isoenzymes were positive in all 14 cases of liver cancer, and 34 cases in the control group were negative. 2. Two weeks after surgery, the control group consisted of 34 cases of gamma. -GT isoenzyme assay was still negative, and the primary liver cancer group was the same as before surgery. III. Seven cases of primary liver cancer undergoing hepatectomy after two months of operation. Four cases of γ-GT isoenzymes were measured.
