目的对栽培于辽宁本溪的曼地亚红豆杉(Taxus media‘Hicksii’)针叶的化学成分进行研究。方法曼地亚红豆杉针叶的乙醇提取物经大孔树脂、硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,依据1H-NMR、13C-NMR、ESI-MS、HRESI-MS鉴定其结构。结果从曼地亚红豆杉针叶的乙醇提取物中分离纯化得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为二萜类化合物:5-cinnamoyl-9-acetyltaxicin-I(1)、5-cinnamoyl-10-acetyltaxicin-I(2)、5-去桂皮酰基紫杉宁J(3)、紫杉醇(4);黄酮类化合物:柚皮素(5);脂肪酸类:十六烷酸(6)。结论化合物1、2、5和6为首次从曼地亚红豆杉中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of the needles of Taxus media ‘Hicksii’ cultivated in Benxi, Liaoning. Methods The ethanol extracts from the needles of Mantilla yew were separated and purified by macroporous resin, silica gel column chromatography, ODS column chromatography, and gel column chromatography. Their identification was based on 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, ESI-MS and HRESI-MS. Its structure. Results Six compounds were isolated and purified from the ethanol extracts from the needles of Taxus media and identified as diterpenoids: 5-cinnamoyl-9-acetyltaxicin-I(1), 5-cinnamoyl-10-acetyltaxicin- I(2), 5-Decinnatoside-Taxane J (3), Paclitaxel (4); Flavonoids: Naringenin (5); Fatty acids: Hexadecanoic acid (6). Conclusion Compounds 1, 2, 5 and 6 were isolated from Taxus chinensis for the first time.
