目的探讨应变率成像评价冠心病左心房局部功能的价值。方法应用应变率成像与常规超声心动图测量20例正常人与14例左心房内径正常的冠心病患者的左心房侧壁和房间隔应变率、左心房内径、二尖瓣口血流频谱E峰、A峰和E/A值以及右上肺静脉血流频谱S峰、D峰、A峰和A波持续时间,比较两组测量结果。结果两组左心房内径、二尖瓣口血流频谱值以及肺静脉血流频谱值之间的差异均无统计学意义,而两组左心房侧壁和房间隔应变率之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应变率成像能够在左心室舒张功能尚无明显改变的情况下,早期发现左心房局部功能的异常。
Objective To investigate the value of strain rate imaging in evaluating the local function of left atrium in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods The strain rate imaging and conventional echocardiography were used to measure the left atrial wall and the atrial septal strain rate, left atrial diameter and mitral flow E peak in 20 normal subjects and 14 patients with normal left atrium diameter. , Peak A and E / A and peak S, D, A and A wave duration of right upper pulmonary vein were compared. The results of two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the values of left atrial diameter, mitral valve flow spectrum and pulmonary venous flow between the two groups, but there was statistical difference between the left atrial wall and atrial septal strain rate Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Strain rate imaging can detect the abnormal local function of the left atrium in the absence of significant changes in left ventricular diastolic function.
