India plays an important role in the supply of highly skilled talent and knowledge creation. According to the UNESCO Science Report 2010, the main body that has influenced the world's knowledge development has changed. The total R & D expenditures (GERDs) contributed by Asian countries to the world are increasing, mainly due to China, India and South Korea.
