地处边远山区的学校,大都存在着资金不足,体育器材、场地设施不全的状况,这对开展学校体育活动带来一定的困难。而登山运动在这样的地区应该说是一项较为理想又易开展的运动。一、登山活动的特点。从我校开展登山运动所取得的成效来看,开展这项活动具有以下特点: 1.简便易行:由于登山运动不受季节影响,不受器材条件限制,既可以作为体育教学与课外体育活动的一项内容,也可以在班级之间,校际之间开展群众性的竞赛。 2.便于普及:登山运动具有趣味性、娱乐性,因而能激发学生的兴趣,吸引广大的学生积极地参加这项活动,所以便于普及。 3.培养情操:整个登山活动过程,都带有一定的竞争性、协作
