对281名身材匀称、发育良好的的3~6岁幼儿进行了膳食调查,并用多元回归分析探讨了营养素摄入和生长发育的关系.幼儿膳食调查结果为:钙摄入约为RDA的45%,Zn、维生素B1(VB1)和维生素C(VC)在70%~80%之间,其余营养素在80%以上.回归分析表明生长发育分析与铁和硒呈正相关,与钠和胆固醇呈负相关(P<0.01).Ca、Zn、VB1和VC均未被选择到回归方程中去.生长发育分与身高呈正相关,而年龄体重与生长发育分呈负相关.
A total of 281 well-proportioned, well-developed children aged 3 to 6 years were enrolled in this study. The relationship between nutrient intake and growth and development was investigated by multiple regression analysis. Dietary survey results for young children were as follows: calcium intake was about 45% of RDA, Zn, vitamin B1 (VB1) and vitamin C (VC) between 70% and 80%, the remaining nutrients in more than 80%. Regression analysis showed that the growth and development analysis was positively correlated with iron and selenium and negatively correlated with sodium and cholesterol (P <0.01). Ca, Zn, VB1 and VC were not selected into the regression equation. Growth and development scores were positively correlated with height, while age and weight were negatively correlated with growth and development scores.
