用金属有机物热分解法(MOD法)制备了含镧PLT薄膜,用Z-scan技术测试其非线性光学性能.结果表明:低镧(≤25%,摩尔百分数)的PLT薄膜下显示非线性光学效应;高镧的PLT薄膜非线性光学效应较强.PLT30薄膜的非线性折射率高达0.3μesu(静电单位).
The lanthanum-containing PLT thin films were prepared by thermal decomposition of metal organic compounds (MOD) and their nonlinear optical properties were tested by Z-scan technique.The results show that PLT films with low lanthanum (≤25%, mole%) show nonlinear optics Effect; high lanthanum PLT film nonlinear optical effect is strong. The nonlinear refractive index of PLT30 film is as high as 0.3 μesu (electrostatic units).
