在班级授课制的统一授课模式下,往往会出现“优等生吃不饱,后进生跟不上”的状况,因此,探索出一套分层教学的模式以促使每个学生都能在原有基础上学有所得,不仅是体现因材施教原则的需要,也是提升课堂效能的题中之义。近年来,笔者结合本校特点探索形成了“统分结合”的“三段推进”式分层教学课堂结构模式,并提出了一些针对性的策略。
Under the unified lecture mode of the class teaching system, the situation that “excellent students are unable to eat enough and their students can not keep up ” is often found. In recent years, with the characteristics of our school, the author has explored the “three stages of promotion ” hierarchical teaching classroom structure model with “integration and integration ” and put forward some targeted strategies.
