如何为幼儿提供自我学习发展与教师预设学习之间取得良好的平衡?这是世界学前教育普遍关注的难题。在2013年世界学前教育组织(OMEP)第65届国际学术研讨会上,JEF Van Kuyk教授的“金字塔”理论提供了参考。金字塔的基本核心是四大基石,它们是动态平衡的,以此来促进幼儿自信与创造力。“亲近”——学习是从幼儿熟悉的方面入手,这样的学习是安全的、亲近的,也容易被接受。教师需要创造一个让幼儿心理安全且舒适的环境。
How to provide a good balance between the development of self-learning for young children and the teacher’s default learning? This is a universal concern for preschool education in the world. At the 65th International Symposium of the World Preschool Education Organization (OMEP) in 2013, Professor JEF Van Kuyk’s “Pyramid” theory provides a reference. The basic core of the pyramid is the four cornerstones, they are dynamically balanced, in order to promote child confidence and creativity. “Close ” - Learning is from the familiar aspects of young children, such learning is safe, close, and easily accepted. Teachers need to create a psychologically safe and comfortable environment for young children.
