浅谈高职学前教育专业实用型音乐技能教学模式

高等职业教育是以培养应用型、复合型人才为办学目标的高等教育,有别于以培养学术型、研究型人才为目的的普通高等教育。职业性是高等职业教育的最大特色。高职院校的教师在教学过程中,也要以高职院校的办学目的为指导,明确教学目标,提升学生在校所学知识与毕业后求职、就业所需技能的关联性;合理调整理论与实践实训的比例,把应用能力的培养放在首要位置是有必要的;让纯理论课与技能课相互渗透,相互融汇贯穿,打破理论课堂的枯燥与乏味,在单纯的技能训练课中进行适量的理论讲解,这样不仅可以提升学生的学习质量,也可以让学生了解知识间的关联性。让学生能够学以致用,做到学为其用、用其所学,而不是盲目地去学习,搞不清哪些知识是重点,哪些知识与就业应用相关。 Higher vocational education is a higher education aimed at training application-oriented and compound-type talents as the target of running a school.
