蒸汽蓄热器是一种有效的节能设备,在日本等发达国家业已广泛使用。在我国起步较晚,本文根据工厂实际情况,进行分析比较,提出设计方案,并于85年设计制造了36m~3蓄热器,当年投运。经锅炉热平衡测试,锅炉热效率在用蓄热器之后提高5.7%,与此同时改善了锅炉的燃烧工况,满足了锻造生产的特殊要求,改善了生产环境,减轻了工人的劳动强度,取得了明显的综合性效益。本文根据运行情况,还提出必须加强给水除氧工作,以便防止蓄热器腐蚀,延长其使用寿命。
