目的建立高效液相色谱法测定食品中的氯化血红素含量。方法采用四氢呋喃提取样品,以Eclipse.XDB.C8(4.6 mm×150 mm)为色谱分析柱,流动相为1%乙酸∶四氢呋喃=65∶35;流速:1 mL/min;柱温:28℃;检测波长:400 nm。结果该方法测定氯化血红素含量的线性范围为0.50~50.00 mg/L,相关系数为0.999 3,检出限为0.11 mg/L,方法的回收率为90.8%~102.0%。结论该方法准确、灵敏,可作为食品中氯化血红素含量的检测方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of hemin in food by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The samples were extracted with tetrahydrofuran and analyzed by Eclipse. XDB.C8 (4.6 mm × 150 mm) with the mobile phase of 1% acetic acid: tetrahydrofuran = 65:35, the flow rate of 1 mL / min, the column temperature of 28 ℃, Detection wavelength: 400 nm. Results The linear range of hemin was 0.50-50.00 mg / L, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 3, the limit of detection was 0.11 mg / L, and the recovery was 90.8% -102.0%. Conclusion The method is accurate and sensitive and can be used as a detection method of hemin in food.
