本文提出了在高温凝固过程中,用振动参数实时检测金属固液界面位置的方法。并以Bridgman凝固装置为对象,确立了凝固系统特征值关于固液界面位置的灵敏度,进行了实验分析,给出了界面位置一谱阵图。
In this paper, the method of real-time detection of metal solid-liquid interface with vibration parameters during solidification at high temperature is proposed. Based on the Bridgman solidification device, the sensitivity of the eigenvalue of the solidification system to the solid-liquid interface was established. The experimental results were given and the spectrum of the interface was given.
