为解决重载列车的机车无线同步操纵问题,研发了机车无线同步操纵系统。系统采用嵌入式单片机结构,内部各模块间采用CAN网络成网,各控制系统间采用800 MHz无线电台进行数据传输。对研发的系统在试验室进行试验验证,结果表明,机车无线同步操纵系统具有良好的跟随能力,同步时间小于2 s,可以满足重载列车开行的要求。
In order to solve the problem of locomotive wireless synchronization control of heavy-haul trains, a locomotive wireless synchronization control system was developed. System uses embedded microcontroller structure, the internal network using CAN network between the modules, the control system using 800 MHz wireless radio for data transmission. The test and verification of the developed system in the laboratory shows that the locomotive wireless synchronization control system has a good following ability and the synchronization time is less than 2 s, which can meet the requirements of heavy-haul train operation.
