佝偻病目前仍是我国婴幼儿的常见病之一。本病的病因是维生素D(VD)不足,使体内钙磷代谢失常影响肌、骨作用,导致骨骼发生病变,甚至可影响神经、造血、免疫等组织器官的功能,对婴幼儿的健康危害较大。经我院儿科门诊及每年抽调儿科医生参加保健科0~6岁儿童健康体检,发现通过对患病儿童进行调查分析,追踪观察,得知我场佝偻病发病同喂养方式、不同季节出生、孕妇状况有直接关系。
