《新疆省奏呈稿》,民国杨增新撰,民国油印本。杨增新(1864～1928),字鼎臣,汉族,云南蒙自人。清光绪十五年(1889)进士。历任甘肃天水县知事,河州知州,任甘肃提学使兼武备学堂总办。1907年入疆任新疆陆军小学堂总办,兼督练公所参议官。1911年升任镇迪道兼提法使。中华民国成立后,被袁世凯任为新疆都督兼民政长。1928年6月,被南京国民政府任命为新疆省主席兼总司令,同年7 “Xinjiang province played a draft”, the Republic of China Yang Zengxinzhuan, Republic of China imprint.
