姬松茸(亡/?y夕夕O)别名小松菇,子实体脆嫩爽口,香气浓郁,有防癌、降血脂及改善动脉硬化症等功效。它原产于南美北部的巴西、秘鲁等地,主要分布于海岸地带草场及巴西东南部的皮也拿大山地。1965年在巴西从事农业研究的日本古本隆寿,采集、分离到菌体并带回日本,送给三重县津布岩出菌学研究所。通过栽培试验,1967年经比利时真菌学家海涅曼博士鉴定为蘑菇科蘑菇属,学名Agaric blazel Murrill。此后岩出菌学研究所开始驯化栽培研究,于1976年确立了以经济效益为目标的生产,随后在以三重、爱知、岐集三个县为中心推广栽培。近年来由于水野卓等人发现姬松茸中含有多种抗肿瘤活性物质,在
