目的:建立西安地区青年正常三维颅颌面硬组织测量标准值。方法:选取符合个别正常标准的18岁以上西安籍青年人100名(男女各50人)拍摄CBCT及头颅侧位片。选取31个标志点及31个测量项目,分别用Invivo Dental 5.2软件和Winceph 8.0软件定点测量,测量结果由SPSS19.0统计软件处理,进行性别间以及三维和二维数据比较。结果:女性下颌垂直向发育更明显,而男性下切牙唇倾度、颅底长度、下颌支高度、下颌体长度及面宽度均明显大于女性;同二维测量值相比,除U1-NA(mm)外,其余测量值差异均有统计学意义。结论:CBCT三维测量定点及测量可提供比二维测量更精确形态数据。
Objective: To establish a standard value of normal three-dimensional cranial and maxillofacial hard tissue in young adults in Xi’an. Methods: A total of 100 young people (50 men and women) aged 18 years and older who meet certain normal standards were selected for CBCT and cephalometric films. 31 sign points and 31 measurement items were selected and measured by Invivo Dental 5.2 software and Winceph 8.0 software respectively. The measurement results were processed by SPSS19.0 statistical software for gender and three-dimensional and two-dimensional data comparison. Results: The mandibular vertical development of female was more obvious, while the incisors of labial incisors, skull base length, mandibular height, mandibular body length and face width were significantly larger than those of females. In addition to U1-NA mm), the remaining measurements were statistically significant differences. Conclusion: CBCT 3D measurements point and measurement provide more accurate shape data than 2D measurements.
