众所周知,要实现高炉高产、优质、低耗和长寿的目标,必须保证炉况顺行,强化炉内的化学反应和热交换,减少铁水温度和成份的波动以及延缓炉衬的侵蚀。对于达到上述目标的诸种操作因素来说,合理的煤气流分布是十分重要的。而炉顶布料控制就是实现炉内合理煤气流分布的一个重要手段。历来,炉内炉料分布都是用炉喉径向上的O/C比分布来描述。布料控制主要是借助不同的装料设备和不同的装料方法对炉喉的料面形状加以控制,利用矿石层和焦炭层透气性的显著差异,来达到控制煤气流分布的目的。作为物料属性之一的粒度及料柱的粒度分布,对煤气流分布也有较大的影响。据新日铁的研究认为:“在使用无钟炉顼时,装料过程中的偏析会直接造成高炉圆周上的偏析。这种炉料粒度和矿种的偏析,对钟式炉顶来说并不是个问题,但用无钟炉顶装料时,却成为一个突出的问题”。日本神
