项目背景自2007年起,达能对光明发起一系列发难性行为:首先,在未与光明解除关系之时,与其竞争对手在相同产品领域合作;其次,达能突然将由光明乳业推向市场,并培育成熟的明星酸奶产品交由竞争对手经营,对光明产生了实质性的威胁;最后,达能宣布将持有的光明乳业20%股权全部撤资,二者之间的“联姻”宣布结束。如何转危为机避免“分手”给光明带来的负面影响,成为光明的当务之急。
Project Background Since 2007, Danone has launched a series of aggressive actions against the Light: firstly, cooperating with its competitors in the same product field when it has not lifted its relationship with Light; and secondly, Danone will suddenly be brought to market by Bright Dairy and nurtured Mature celebrity yogurt products to run by competitors, a substantial threat to the light; Finally, Danone announced that it will hold 20% stake in Bright Dairy all the capital, the “marriage” between the two announced. How to turn crises into opportunities to avoid “breaking up ” to the negative impact of light, become a bright priority.
