在直流电机制造中,换向器表面光洁度是电机质量的重要指标。它表征换向器表面在加工过程中,由于刀具与换向器表面的摩擦、挤压及机床振动等原因而造成的表面微观几何形状偏差。国外几家知名的电机公司对表面光洁度的要求,均相当于我国标准▽8,为达到这一目标,他们不惜采用了磨削,抛光等附加工艺。但长期以来,我国电机行业要想达到▽7都极为不易。因此,强调提高换向器表面光洁度的意义,比较各工艺方法的利弊,提出如何提高表面光洁度的途径,将具有十分重要的现实意义。
In DC motor manufacturing, commutator surface finish is an important indicator of motor quality. It characterizes the commutator surface in the process, due to the tool and the commutator surface friction, extrusion and machine vibration and other reasons caused by the surface micro-geometry deviation. Several well-known foreign motor companies on the surface finish requirements, are equivalent to our standard ▽ 8, in order to achieve this goal, they did not hesitate to use grinding, polishing and other additional processes. However, for a long time, China’s motor industry to achieve ▽ 7 are extremely difficult. Therefore, emphasizing the significance of improving the surface finish of the commutator, comparing the advantages and disadvantages of each process, and proposing ways to improve the surface finish will have very important practical significance.
