员工离职将会对企业的投入与产出产生重要影响。本文从企业利润最大化的角度出发,讨论员工离职对企业工资的影响。本文认为,员工离职后企业的工资,应根据企业对人力资源的需求与存留员工的数量来决定。
Employee turnover will have a major impact on the firm's inputs and outputs. This article from the perspective of maximizing corporate profits to discuss the impact of employee turnover on corporate wages.
