低碳经济时代的到来为我国企业发展迎来新的机遇和挑战。由于各国的生产和贸易格局都将发生巨大变化,我国企业要适应外部环境,就必须快步转型,实施低碳化发展战略。本文以低碳经济为背景,展开企业转型导入机制研究。在遵循低碳认知原则、引管结合原则、需求拉动与社会责任原则及系统优化原则基础上,构建政府、企业、企业间、消费者的“四层面、多方位”低碳转型导入机制。这四个层面之间通过相互促进、相互关联,形成一个闭环式的整体。最后,指出在导入机制构建过程中需注意技术创新、标准管理、非政府组织及公众参与等关键问题,以助推我国企业加快实现低碳化转型的步伐。
The arrival of a low-carbon economy ushers in new opportunities and challenges for the development of our country’s enterprises. As the production and trade patterns of all countries will undergo tremendous changes, our enterprises must adapt themselves to the external environment and make rapid transition to implement a strategy of low-carbon development. In this paper, the background of low-carbon economy, start the transformation of enterprise restructuring mechanism. On the basis of following the principle of low-carbon cognition, the principle of combining with diversion and taking charge, the principle of demand pulling and social responsibility and the principle of system optimization, we should build a four-level, multi-faceted and low-carbon transformation guideline for government, enterprises, enterprises and consumers mechanism. These four levels through mutual promotion, interrelated, forming a closed-loop whole. Finally, it points out that key issues such as technological innovation, standard management, non-governmental organizations and public participation should be paid attention to during the construction of the import mechanism so as to boost the pace of our country’s enterprises in accelerating the transformation to a low-carbon economy.
