众所周知,在推行素质教育、创新教育的今天,完全用考分来衡量教师“教”或学生“学”的成绩,是不全面、不公正的。但是,只要有选拔性考试特别是高考存在,考试成绩作为评价的重要尺度,恐怕一时还无可取代。问题是用什么样的考试成绩来评价、衡量教学成绩最有说服力,最科学、最公正、最权威?这本是一个不应成为问题的问题,稍微在行的人恐怕都会不假思索地想到一个概念——
