研讨了影响泡桐苗木CO_2交换的部分内外因素。试验结果表明:(1)不同泡桐种类光合能力有异,豫杂一号泡桐和兰考泡桐从光合能力上显示出杂种优势;(2)CO_2交换因叶子发育时期而改变,幼龄叶片光合能力弱、呼吸强,叶绿素含量低、叶绿素a/b 值大;(3)Co_2交换受气孔开张所调节,气孔开张程度因水分状况而改变,豫杂一号泡桐对水分敏感程度高于母本毛泡桐,低于父本白花泡桐,兰考泡桐对水分最为敏感。对泡桐育种亲本选择依据、良种鉴定指标和栽培的水分管理措施作了初步讨论。
Some internal and external factors affecting the CO_2 exchange of Paulownia seedlings were studied. The results showed that: (1) The photosynthetic capacity of different Paulownia species was different. Hybrids of Paulownia xylosanther and Paulownia involucrata showed heterosis on photosynthetic capacity; (2) CO_2 exchange changed due to leaf development, and the photosynthetic capacity of young leaves was weak , Strong respiration, low chlorophyll content and large chlorophyll a / b value; (3) Co_2 exchange was regulated by the opening of stomata, and the degree of stomatal opening was changed due to the change of water content. The susceptibility of Paulownia involucrata to water was higher than that of female Paulownia , Lower than the paternal white Paulownia, blue kelp paulownia most sensitive to moisture. Paternal selection of Paulownia breeding basis, identification of elite indicators and cultivation of water management measures were discussed.
