由于匍匐石榴具有空间利用率低、主枝过多和枝条密集的特点,影响通风透光,光合效率低下,产量不高(200~400 kg/667m2)。对匍匐石榴进行了双层双扇形整形修剪试验,并调查花器官发育情况、花期、座果率、产量和品质。结果表明,该整形修剪技术能显著提高完全花比例,促使花期集中,提高座果率,从而有效提高了产量(最高1008 kg/667m2),果实品质也有明显改善。
As the creeping pomegranate has the characteristics of low space utilization, excessive main branches and branches, affecting the ventilation and light, the photosynthetic efficiency is low and the yield is not high (200-400 kg / 667m2).
