Objective: To observe the effect of electromyography and cerebellar stimulation on stroke rehabilitation. Methods: Sixty patients with stroke and hemiplegia were divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). The control group was given routine rehabilitation treatment. The observation group was given two kinds of electrical stimulation treatment on the basis of routine rehabilitation. Results: After two months of treatment, the scores of FMA and BI in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.01), and the improvement rate in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group Significance (P <0.01). Conclusion: EMG and cerebellar electrical stimulation can significantly improve the recovery of limb function in stroke patients.
