目的探索重症监护室环境空气和物体表面消毒的有效方法。方法用喷雾消毒剂进行常规喷雾消毒和气溶胶喷雾消毒试验。结果用常规喷雾消毒后3 min,细菌杀灭率为100%,消毒后4 h阳性率仅13.3%。用气溶胶喷雾消毒后5 min,对含菌量为1.62×106cfu/cm2的100个金黄色葡萄球菌菌片平均杀灭率达99.999%。结论该喷雾消毒剂对环境空气和物体表面消毒效果可靠,可用于医院重症监护室环境卫生控制。
Objective To explore the effective methods for disinfecting the surface air and objects in intensive care unit. Methods Spray disinfectants were used for routine spray disinfection and aerosol spray disinfection. Results After disinfecting with conventional spray for 3 min, the bacterial killing rate was 100%, and the positive rate was only 13.3% at 4 h after disinfection. After disinfecting with aerosol for 5 min, the average killing rate of 100 Staphylococcus aureus isolates with the volume of 1.62 × 106 cfu / cm2 reached 99.999%. Conclusion The spray disinfectant has a good disinfection effect on the ambient air and the surface of the object, and can be used for environmental sanitation control in the intensive care unit of a hospital.
