对于企业的长期发展来说,政工工作与人力资源管理工作对其有着直接影响,政工工作和人力资源管理工作互相之间存在联系,其在企业的管理工作中缺一不可,配合工作。因此,在企业管理中要同时进行政工工作和人力资源管理,将二者配合使用,保障其价值最大化,为企业健康的发展提供基础。本文对企业政工工作和人力资源管理工作之间不可分割的关系进行了阐述,并对如何将二者进行有机结合提出了见解。
For the long-term development of enterprises, the work of political work and human resources management have a direct impact on them.
