为了应用园盘模型(disk model)理论对多腔速调管进行大讯号分析,必须把中间腔中的电子注与谐振腔的相互作用尽可能正确地用公式表示出来,否则,对输入特性、输出特性、输出的相位特性等就无法进行定量分析。然而,过去的大讯号分析,由于主要关心最高输出效率,似乎对中间腔中的相互作用并未详加研究。以分析的方式研究中间腔中电子注与腔体的相互作用是本文的主题之一,还提出了一种用此分析方法来判定饱和输出效率的标准。实验值和计算值之间的比较是用东芝公司研制的特高频电视发射速调管1AV81进行的。以高效率为目的进行调试时,饱和输出的效率约为65%。这种模拟计算工作是与1AV81管的研制同时并进的,由于引入新的输出效率判定标准,所以计算值与实验值相当一致。而且在输出相位方面虽不一定能说十分完美然而也是相当一致的。
In order to apply the disk model theory to large-signal analysis of a multi-cavity klystron, the interaction between the electron injection and the resonator in the middle cavity must be expressed as an equation as accurately as possible. Otherwise, the input characteristics, Output characteristics, the output phase characteristics can not be quantitative analysis. However, in the large-signal analysis of the past, it seems that the interaction in the middle cavity has not been studied in detail due to the primary concern with the highest output efficiency. It is one of the main topics of this paper to study the interaction between the electron injection and the cavity in the middle cavity analytically. A criterion for determining the saturation output efficiency by this method is also proposed. The comparison between the experimental value and the calculated value was made using 1AV81, a high-frequency television transmitting klystron developed by Toshiba Corporation. When commissioning for high efficiency, the saturation output is about 65% efficient. This simulation work is with the development of 1AV81 pipe at the same time, due to the introduction of new output efficiency criteria, so the calculated value and the experimental value is quite consistent. And although the output phase is not necessarily perfect, it is quite consistent.
