磨削是提高钢制零件表面精度的常用方法。但磨削会产生高温,可能引起零件表面烧伤,降低了表面质量。因此,需严格控制磨削质量。目前国内外惯用腐蚀检查磨削烧伤。 近几年,我国引进了国外许多新技术。英、法、美一些有关公司的烧伤检验工艺,值得我们参考。 1.表面清理工序 零件腐蚀检验前需进行认真的清洗除油。外国几家公司多用含氯溶剂蒸气,或用NaOH、NaCN配制的碱性溶液通6~12V、750A的直流电,进行电解清理。上述方法既不会腐蚀零件,也免除了有机溶剂引起的防火防爆要求,是快速经济的除油方法。
